BOOKING POLICIES CARD ON FILE A card on file is needed to secure and confirm your appointment. All appointments require a non refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. No shows will result a 100% fee of scheduled service. Same day cancellations will result a $50 fee. RESCHEDULE Please message, email or reschedule online 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a $50 fee charge of the original service If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by clicking the "reschedule" option in your confirmation email. CANCELLATION All cancellations require a 48 hour notice. All cancellations with 48 hours or less notice will be charged $50 fee . Any no show appointment will be charged 100% of the original service. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so by clicking the "cancel" option in your confirmation email. PAYMENT METHOD I accept all forms of payment methods. • CASH • ZELLE • APPLE PAY •VENMO •CASH APP • DEBIT+ CREDIT CARDS (3% charge) LATE POLICY There is 10 minute grace period. please notify me as soon as possible. After 10 minutes, a fee of $10 will be added to your service total. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled.
