BOOKING POLICIES CARD ON FILE A card on file is needed to secure and confirm your appointment. All appointments require a non refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. No shows will result a 100% fee of scheduled service. Same day cancellations will result a $50 fee. RESCHEDULE Please message, email or reschedule online 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a $50 fee charge of the original service If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by clicking the "reschedule" option in your confirmation email. CANCELLATION All cancellations require a 48 hour notice. All same day cancellations will be charged $50 fee . Any no show appointment will be charged 100% of the original service. Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so by clicking the "cancel" option in your confirmation email. PAYMENT METHOD I accept all forms of payment methods. • CASH • ZELLE • APPLE PAY •VENMO •CASH APP • DEBIT+ CREDIT CARDS (3% charge) LATE POLICY There is 10 minute grace period. please notify me as soon as possible. After 10 minutes, a fee of $10 will be added to your service total. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled.
